How long does the initial assessment take?
Usually, the assessment takes less than half an hour, but there is no time limit! During the assessment, we will discuss the size of your digital collection and your goals for this project.
Within 48 hours, you receive an email outlining our discussion along with a detailed plan and quote.
Can I customize how my photos are organized?
Absolutely. I can organize your photos by date, event, or by person based on your preferences. If there’s another way you want your collection organized, just let me know!
How long does digital organization take?
I would LOVE to be able to tell you an exact turnaround time for organization. However, a lot of factors go into play that can add to the time. Depending on the number of photos, digital photo organization can take days, weeks, or months.
However, the key point is that it needs to be done correctly. That’s why I don’t have hourly rates like most profession photo organizers. You can find out more about how pricing works here.

What file formats do you work with?
I work with a wide range of file formats, including JPEG, RAW, TIFF, and more. If you have files in any other formats, just let me know—I’m happy to help with conversions or any other requirements to make sure your photos are ready for use.
What if my photos are scattered on different devices and cloud services?
No problem. The first step is gathering every image from every device, cloud, CD/DVD, flash drive, external hard drive, etc. and created a centralized location. This helps me organize properly while also helping you later on when you want to search or access a particular image.
Do you offer file backup or migration services along with organization?
Absolutely. Not only does the service involve organizing your digital photos, but it also includes assistance with backup solutions and file migrations. Whether you’re moving from an old hard drive to the cloud or need a comprehensive backup strategy, we can help ensure your files are secure and easily accessible.
