How long does the consultation take?

In most cases, the consultation will last around 30 minutes.

What should I prepare for the consultation?

Let me know what types of media you have (slides, prints, negatives) and roughly how many of each. You don’t need to be exact!

Is there any obligation to purchase services?

Absolutely not. You are under no obligation to purchase. The purpose of the consultation is to present you with options.

How do you handle fragile or deteriorated photographs?

Extra care is taken with delicate or aging photos. I implement specialized handling techniques and equipment to make sure each photo is treated gently. If any damage is noticed, you will be informed so we can discuss your options to preserve and possibly restore any damage.
